1-12oz. pkg. noodles
1 - 10 3/4oz. cream of mushroom soup
1/2 C. milk
1/2 C. water
2 C. shredded cheddar
1 1/2 C. turkey cooked and cubed
1 1/2 C. frozen peas and carrots
1/4 C. seasoned bread crumbs
2 T. parmesan cheese
2 T. parsley
Cook noodles - drain- combine soup, milk, water and cheddar cheese. Cook and stir over medium heat until cheese melts. Stir in cooked noodles, turkey, peas and carrots. Put in baking dish - combine crumbs and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over top.
Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
