Carrot Cake

2 C. carrots
3 C. flour
2 C. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 1/2 C. pineapple (crushed)
2 tsp. vanilla
1 C. oil
1 Tbsp. orange juice

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes

Frost with your choice of frosting.
