Caramel Popcorn

8 C. popcorn or 4 quarts

3/4 C. sugar
3/4 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. corn syrup
1/2 C. water
1 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt

Heat to boiling, stirring constantly until it reaches 260 degrees. Reduce to low and stir in 3/4 C. margarine.

Pour over popcorn & shape into balls.
