Holiday Breakfast Casserole - Jana Harris

In a greased 9x13 pan, spread 2-12oz. packages of cubed hashbrowns. Brush with 1 cube melted butter and sprinkle with Lawrey's season salt.

Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.

Remove from oven and add:

1lb diced ham
2 C. grated cheddar jack cheese
1/2oz. diced green chilies

Combine the following and place on top of hame/cheese/potato mix:

4 eggs
1 C. milk
2 tsp. salt

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
